I have noticed that I tend to let things go SUPER easily. Which honestly isn’t really a baaaad thing. But, like…I tend to just let myself let go of things that will definitely help my mental health. Like being consistent, at anything. My routines are pretty non-existent. Buuuut, I have noticed that trend, so, I am at least recognizing my patterns. I am going to keep my eyes open for the moments that I retreat back into myself and take a moment to try and turn it around or at least write it down for next time.
But, the important lesson is that I am going in the right direction, and that is a WIN in my book. <3
